With a background in healthcare administrative scheduling, she has honed sharp organizational instincts, managing full calendars, coordinating across departments, and keeping operations running smoothly — skills that translate naturally to the rhythms of a busy music school.

An entrepreneur at heart, Nancy has also built and run independent ventures, including work in spa treatments & herbalism, reflecting a deep interest in holistic wellness and a hands-on, resourceful approach to problem-solving. That same entrepreneurial spirit shows up in how she approaches administrative work: proactively, creatively, and with an eye for making systems better. Nancy also serves as a parish administrator, overseeing the day-to-day operations of a busy faith community — experience that has deepened a natural gift for hospitality, discretion, and coordinating the needs of many people at once.

A lifelong music lover with famously eclectic taste, she has recently found a growing passion for country and classical music, adding a new layer of appreciation to a role centered around supporting musicians and music education.
