Victoria Zeng

    Victoria Zeng is an enthusiastic pianist attending the Phil and Eli Taylor Performance Academy of the Royal Conservatory of Music. Previously, she studied with teachers Alexei Gulenco and Tanya Gernburd. She is passionate about her craft, and enjoys exploring and broadening her perspectives within all facets of music. She has had the pleasure of working with many respected professors and performers, including Stanislav Ioudenitch, Stephan Sylvester, Alan Hobbins, Robert Shannon, Eliran Avni, and Stewart Goodyear, among others. Victoria has participated in many festivals and programs, including the Oberlin Piano Festival, Claudette Sorel Fellows Program, as well as being invited to the Amalfi Coast Festival, and the PYPA Festival as a Program Young Artist. Victoria has performed in and acquired numerous accolades from many competitions, most notably the 2023 Classical Stars International Music Competition, the Oberlin Festival Competition, DVO-HAALSA Young Musician Competition, Unionville Music Competition, CMC National Competition, and OYMI Competition. She will have the great privilege of performing solo recitals with Sinfonia Toronto and the Dundas Valley Orchestra in their upcoming concert seasons. Victoria is the current pianist of the Oakville Symphony Youth Orchestra, as well as the Westmount Jazz Ensemble. She is excited about taking her musical knowledge and experience and utilizing it in the teaching field.Outside of her musical pursuits, she enjoys going skiing, taking pictures, and is an avid mindfulness enthusiast.
