Programs

Our voice program teaches students proper breathing techniques, pitch control, development of tone and range, and artistic expression.

Students of violin can begin their instruction as early as six years of age and as late as adulthood.

Piano instruction is available to students ranging from four years of age through to adulthood.

Instruction in flute, trumpet, trombone, clarinet, saxophone, bassoon and double bass is also available at the Hamilton School of Music.

The Hamilton School of Music currently offers lessons in plectrum (or pick-style) and finger-style guitar.

Students of all ages are taught the fundamentals of drumming, how to play basic to advanced drumbeats, how to play along to songs, learning by ear and by reading, and more.
